Had my engagement in the terrace garden; it's such a beautiful spot for an intimate event. The pictures came out so well! The team is also so corporative and supportive :)) Highly recommend

We hosted our engagement at the terrace garden of Safina Banquets, and it turned out to be such a beautiful and memorable experience. The ambiance was perfect—open, airy, and surrounded by greenery, which added a calm and elegant vibe to our special day. The evening setup looked stunning with the lighting, making everything feel even more magical. The space was well-maintained and ideal for our intimate celebration with family and close friends. Everything was organized well, and the overall experience was truly satisfying. It’s definitely a great place to create special memories. Thanks to Mr. Charles, Ms. Shiraz Sait and the team for their efforts.

Just WOOOW I got this privilege of attending my neighbour's engagement here. Speaking of the ambience, It classy with all those GREEEEN lush around. It literallt gave me a vibe of 'Garden City'. Kudos to the designer who designed it. I couldn't take much pics of the stage though. This place is not like other regular Banquet halls with uniformed lighting and filmy vibes. You can literally feel that positive vibes here. Events like Haldi, Shukrana and other small gathering of around 200 people is perfect to be held at tgis venue. This Hall is situated on top level of Shopping complex with Roof open space. The staffs are very friendly and it has a good parking space as well.

Extremely Poor Experience – Not Worth the Money I conducted my wedding at Safina Plaza on 21st January and had a very disappointing and stressful experience due to extremely poor management. The event was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but even at 3:30 PM the staff were still cleaning the hall. Chairs were not arranged, the sound system was not ready, and there was no coordination at all. Because of this, the wedding finally started only at 4:30 PM, delaying everything. I paid a total of ₹1,05,750 including ₹35k for indoor decoration, but the decoration quality was very poor. Around 80% of the flowers were artificial, which was never informed in advance. The stage background was completely different from what was shown during booking, and the stage steps were not fixed properly, even after repeatedly asking the team to correct it. There was zero time management. Nothing was done at the promised time, and we had to constantly follow up for every basic arrangement, even after full payment. My point of contact was Danish, and the head in charge was Rony, but there was no accountability or proper supervision. The team was inexperienced, and issues were not handled professionally. Room allocation was also very inconvenient. Despite having three floors, two rooms were provided—one on a different floor and another one was 1km away , where they informed me that was on the next building from the banquet hall. There were multiple events happening at the same time, but no proper signboards or staff guidance for guests. Washrooms were available only on the first floor, which caused inconvenience. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with their service. Instead of enjoying my wedding day, I was stressed throughout due to their mismanagement. I would never recommend Safina banquet to anyone I couldn’t even give 1star Rating

We were at one of our colleagues' marriage this evening at the Safina Banquets on a Sunday. The whole terrace at the Safina Plaza is booked and packed with various functions. This wedding was at the Safina Terrace, and the space is good! But when the food is served, and simultaneously, it's time to wish the couple, the place becomes chaotic and challenging to move around. I also noticed that finding the space to disperse the plate once you have had your dinner is challenging because there is no one to guide you. The food is medium, and nothing is significant to be spoken about! I think the management can do more to support the system when events/things happen!
