BIC is a great hub to promote cultural activities.. situated in upmarket area of Bangalore.. has a very Cosmopolitan crowd..A good location for the residents in and around Indiranagar to watch plays, music, talks, dance performances, seminars and exhibitions.. It has a nice cafe for people to chill out.

I have visited here for a drone exhibition. It was near metro station (walkable). Easy connectivity to Bengaluru city through metro train. But food court is too costly. One tea they are selling for fourty rupees. Food is costly here and affordable for rich people only. Quality is also not very good. Only thing we can utilise the expo. No nearby hotels also. We have to walk some distance.

As a city, Bengaluru has always been very close to my heart. Bengaluru is what it is because of its thriving and vibrant culture, and in the cultural landscape of the city, ‘Bangalore International Centre’ (BIC) is a definite marker. Set up in 2005, BIC has almost transformed itself into a lasting emblem of the city. On January 31, 2026 (Saturday), I was deputed by my employer - the ‘Department of Liberal Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences’ (DLHS) under the Bengaluru Campus of ‘Manipal Academy of Higher Education’ (MAHE) - to attend the Bengaluru Chapter of the ‘Indian Creativity Consortium’ at BIC. While I enjoyed my time at the consortium, I also took time out to explore the BIC campus. It would be an understatement to say that I loved it. In fact, I was inspired. While many things might come and go, I can only hope that BIC would remain where it is!

I’ve been to the Bangalore International Centre a few times now - once for their buffet lunch, once for an event (The Indian Scroll Festival), and this time to take my daughter for a theatre show. Every single visit has been a wonderful experience. The venue is beautifully maintained, there’s ample basement parking, and everyone you interact with is warm and welcoming. I also love the café on the ground floor - it’s a great place to unwind before or after an event. One thing I’d strongly recommend is joining their WhatsApp community. They regularly share updates about upcoming talks, performances, workshops, and cultural events, making it a great way to discover what’s happening. The Bangalore International Centre has become one of those places I genuinely look forward to visiting, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for enriching experiences in the city.

It's a good looking space, with horrible management. Recently held an event in this space. The Tea ran out, with rude behaviour from team in the foir area and the IT team kept forcing(atleast 25 times the person disturbed us)to finish event quick even though it was well on time. Will advise not to waste money, the venue is also not on main road, and requires some navigation to get to.
