Rooms are neat and clean,and well-maintained making for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and conveniently situated, adding to overall experience. The breakfast spread is very good, with wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. However, the service needs improvement, as the staff could be more attentive and responsive to guest requirements. Overall, it is good property with great location advantages, comfortable rooms, and an impressive breakfast selection.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful, calm, and the rooms were very clean, making our visit truly relaxing. We really enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool. While it was a great experience, we feel the pool maintenance could be improved a little. The buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Every meal was enjoyable, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the hotel team for making our daughter's birthday extra special. We requested a birthday cake, and they kindly provided it complimentary. The cake was absolutely delicious and was such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The breakfast experience was excellent. The live counter chef, staff, and servers were all friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with warm smiles. A special mention goes to the young lady at the fruit counter, whose warm welcome and kind service made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms are a bit worn but nothing to be concerned about. The service is impeccable and the breakfast is really, really good! Can especially recommend the live dosa station. There's a pool outside next to outdoors seating for the restaurant as well as a combined bar, restaurant and micro brewery on the rooftop that i can highly recommend; see separate listing for that, called the alchemy. The location is great. I'm told this is in a good neighborhood, i know it is close to several offices. Walking distance to a shopping street just down the road and plenty of restaurant options in the neighborhood, should you dare to challenge the Bengaluru traffic.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it continues to be an excellent experience. The location is ideal, making it very convenient. The staff are courteous, attentive, and always prompt in responding to service requests. The breakfast spread is one of the best I have experienced compared to other hotels, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I particularly appreciated the freshly cut fruits prepared on request. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

The place is at heart of the city and the room price are competitive. Breakfast spread is not exhaustive but definitely good. Food taste was good. It’s bit old hotel, that you can see in most places. For instance a chair in the restaurant will shake like a rocking chair. Pool is slightly smaller but they closed it for a day for maintenance. I feel the water is not clear, looks hazy. **They have to put the bigger name board. The current board is hidden by trees. You can not find them. So just look for their restaurant name alchemist** This seems like a preferred place for business rather than a vacation. We came for a vacation though. Overall this hotel is pretty good.
