Writing this review two days after visiting, simply because I still can’t stop thinking about the exceptional service we received. The food arrived promptly, the menu offers plenty of variety, and the overall experience was excellent. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. Mr. Binoy and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Great food, outstanding service, and a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! Met an old friend here for drinks and dinner, and while the place had a few positives, the overall experience was fairly average. Pros: 1. The staff were courteous, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. 2. The ambience had a rustic charm with an old-school sports pub vibe. The place was also clean and well maintained. 3. The restaurant is spread across three floors with ample seating space suitable for groups of all sizes. 4. We didn’t have to wait for a table, which was a plus. Cons: 1. The elevator was extremely slow and quite small — it could barely accommodate three adults comfortably. 2. Service was disappointingly slow. We waited nearly 30 minutes for the beer tasters, only to find that many of the craft beers were unavailable. Also, they don’t brew their own beers and instead source them from Toit. 3. The food was average overall and slightly too spicy for our liking.

Visited The Reservoir for the first time after loving the Indiranagar branch for a long time, and this branch also impressed us with the food, ambience, and service. The peri-peri french fries were really good — crispy, well-seasoned, and served in a good quantity. We also tried the veg Thai baos. The flavors were excellent with a nice balance of tanginess and crunch, but the stuffing was a little too oily. Apart from that, the taste was really good and I would definitely order it again, probably requesting less oil next time. The Thai green curry with jasmine rice was easily the highlight for me, just like in the Indiranagar branch. The curry had a rich coconut flavor, the vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the portion size was very satisfying. The ambience was cosy and pleasant, though the music felt slightly loud. Service was quick and friendly, and the pricing is actually very reasonable for the quality and ambience they offer. Overall, a really good experience and definitely a place we would visit again.

The food was really good, we ordered a rustic veg pizza and veg Ratatouille lasagna. With that we also had some Martinis, some Gin cocktails and some passion fruit and strawberry mocktails as well. The food I have no complaints with but the drinks were extremely extremely sweet. I never do this but I had to add water in all my cocktails as well as mocktails. The service people were good. The atmosphere was sort of very hot 🥵. Birthday service people helped s with a big fan. The crowd was really loved I think it was just one group who kind of room was running the entire time because they were drunk and too loud and the staff was not asking them to mild down just for the sake of other people's other customers respect of shared space. Overall it was a good experience we used district app for booking we are two people and the cost was approximately 2.7 k

Love the ambience of this bar and price of foods. My friends group came just to eat and foods are affordable and tasty. Here you will get different variety of foods as one of my friend wants to eat rice and butter chicken and other want to eat sushi and here we got everything we want to eat.
